Previous annual reports do not mention
any significant hedging program with
respect to palladium prices. PDL is often
described as a PGM speculation. I think this
is a typical Canadian scam attempt and excuse
by crooked brokers, to steal investment money.
Marcotte mentions low palladium prices in
Oct 1996 causing low stock price of $4.30.
Where was the hedge then? Now with palladium prices
soaring, the stock price is even lower. Looks
like a fraudulent dealer at a gambling casino.
Bre-X was the extreme.
