Phil - believe me - with the cost efficiencies of production of a Motorola - they could squash this company overnight... & re: takeover candidate - I doubt it. Sony, MOTO etc. have the engineers to do this (& like I said - most likely already have..) Or - they can just reverse engineer things & change things a little. There's no reason to buy a company like this when you can make it yourself. Plus - the big guys have better distribution & have the bucks to "buy" relationships with national/worldwide ISPs etc.
