When you see a quote such as .15, .0023, .43, etc. This means that the stock is trading in cents and not fractions. The BEST way to get these orders filled is to call the 800 number to get your order filled. Your call is recorded and there is no mistake about tenths or hundredths of a cent. Use online for stocks over a dollar (IMO).
1/8 = 12.5› 1/16 = .0625 1/32 = .03125, etc. MOST online brokers (When placed online won't accept an order less than increments of 1/16, some go as low as 1/32). Hope that helps, but call customer service and get the low down on your particular service.

If Suretrade doesn't accept decimal you can either call and talk to a broker and have him put in the order manually in decimals (and they should charge the same commissions) or you can find another broker that does accept internet orders by decimal.

Cause .0145 = ~1/69 and I don't think that will fly either.

1/64 = .01563 and that might work.

Somehow, someway, somewhere in history, someone decided to use multiples of 8 as the basis for trading. I heard there was a move to eliminate that (since we now have computers) and go to a plain old decimal system. We'll see...

Hope this helps, although the bid/ask have since changed.
