Whaaat? BOCI to acquire GVIL? GVIL is still a going concern and
BOCI is.......well, BOCI. It seems to be greeted with the proper
respect on the street, BOCI unchanged a 5 1/2 and GVIL down 11/16
at 1 3/4. Who's next, HAYZ and DIMD?
