Appalling is an interesting label. Are they tailor made? I do not recognize this as an off-the-rack clothier.

First sentence use of work criminal - Lie of course, but even used in the context of bad management, still a lie. Bad managers do not raise shareholder value 700% over the last 7 years. Overstated revenues - Lie again. Anonymous letters aside, accounting for revenue from TAD's meets GAAP. Hyperbolic 10Q - If you can't read a 10Q don't blame the company. I hear CLCX has a course that could help you on that. Liens against CEO - I owe more in back parking tickets then those liens. My guess he doesn't even know they exist. What, 2 grand. In bankruptcy in Israel and pending lawsuit against him here - Lie. Bankruptcy in Israel was settled in Israel over a decade ago. Voluntary filing here to pay creditors more even though under no obligation. In any event, absolutely no effect on ACRT. Few customers and insurance about to be cut off - Revenues are exploding and insurance will not be cut off. Which insurance company are you taking about anyway? Accounting firm only represents companies trading below $1.00 - ACRT trades above a dollar. But as it grew from a very small company into to one worthy of Pink's tirades, it remained loyal to it's current auditors. Appalling suits - so he doesn't like pink Sear's suits. Until you are ready to discuss something of substance please go away. All you talk about are criminals and book value. When you have something constructive to add to this thread I look forward to hearing it.
