Richard, Do you have any idea as to how much volume we might need to clear out some of the insider selling. Personally I hope they are selling. If this merger is as underpriced as it looks to be - the less stock that they hold once the pissing contests or bidding wars start the better. It seems to me that the penalty clause for selling to others is insignificant compared to what they should (could?) sell the company for. Wonder if Odwalla is looking to get profitable - grin Dave
