<OT> Re: taxes

This is neither a tip nor is it advice on Intel. This is to inform all of you hardworking individuals that there is legislation pending in Congress that proposes to eliminate the IRS, PERSONAL\CORPORATE INCOME TAXES, CAPITAL GAINS, ESTATE, INHERITANCE AND GIFT TAXES. HR 2001, THE NATIONAL RETAIL SALES TAX ACT will accomplish the above.

The only thing that we are changing is the way in which the government collects taxes. No longer will we have to waste time in being a bookkeeper for the US Govt. We will be free to KEEP WHAT WE EARN, and enjoy the freedom that our founding fathers fought so hard to protect and preserve.
This can and will happen just follow these easy steps:

1. Call your congressperson (if you don't know who it is, go to the following website, input your zip you will have your person voxpop.org
DEMAND support for this bill (saying that you want your paycheck, freedom, time and energy returned), also you would like a copy of HR 2001 sent to you (it's free of charge).

2. Tell everybody and anybody about HR 2001.

For further information regarding this topic you can visit the following website, www.nrst.org.

If your freedom, paycheck, and free time are worth something, then help me make the change.
Thank you.

Gersh,
Re -- When you combine this information with the report from Tiwan about 78% of motherboards in Q1 being socket 7.

First of all very few socket 7 motherboards work with 266 chip.
Second, the reports from the distributers are that AMD's supply is a trickle.
Third, All of the socket 7 boards are split between Intel's 233 and 200 Pentiums!! and by AMD K6-233 and K6-200 and K6-266. Also AMD only shiped 1.5 million K6's last Q
Fourth, the K6-266 was introduced only a week ago to the distributers.

When you combine the above 4, along with the other information in the post, the conclusion is that the K6-266 is in short SUPPLY.

Of course the 266 is in short supply...IBM and CPQ get first choice and AMD is just ramping up...next stop K6-300 and 333...No problema.
