Brad or anyone who is close to Ira could you ask him whether he could
use the support of the thread in buying stock in Atrix. If this goes to a vote we wind up with the same company. Putting more stock in friendly hands might help but on the flip side if it drove up the price it could be a negative. Just a thought.

Brad,

Thanks for the verification on Myriad closing. I hate being on
the road and tied up in meetings most of the day. Work keeps
getting in the way! I just read the news release and it looks
like we were marching down the right road. Now we need to
see if we can rally ATXI investor support behind FAMH.

That will help clinch the deal quicker.
