I think you should take care of your basement and forget about RMIL..

You've done what you could, these people want to go down with their ship. There's nothing you can do and it doesn't matter anymore because no one can buy stock.

The game is over and the individuals responsible for this mess can't manipulate others anymore.

Aloha

Cert holders: Isn't that so sweet that Tonto wants to save your soul.
Tonto has spent virtually every day for the last 7 months trying to convince us to give him our certificates. Thanks for trying. My group will only start selling at $65/share. BTW, HOW MANY SHARES CAN A SHARESHAKER SHAKE......IF A SHARESHAKER CAN SHAKE SHARES?

Thanks for the informative post. It's good to be reminded of the danger of jumping to conclusions based on incomplete facts. On the other hand, there's always two sides to every story. Because of Mork's past antics, it's hard to believe that there's not more to his side of the story than he's admitted to various posters over the phone. I suppose the full story won't come out until the litigation is completed (assuming it doesn't settle).

Another thing I've learned from dealing with some of the right-wing wackos we have out West is that conspiracies are easily imagined but never prove out. That's why I have such a hard time swallowing this notion of a grand conspiracy involving Mork, Zapara, Baker, Kugler, Mawork1, Puhrty, SMartin, Kugler, and others.

I remain convinced that the only way to prove the existence of the huge alleged short position is to get this sucker trading! Let's hope it happens soon.

By the way, I've been looking at the Washington Corporation Statutes to see what remedies the shareholders have. There's lots of interesting provisions allowing shareholders to force a shareholders' meeting, etc. Unfortunately, most of such provisions can be negated by the corporate by-laws. So without access to the RMIL by-laws, it's impossible to say what remedies are available to the shareholders short of a class action against the company.
