If its in place by 2000, then Cyberstar could render Teledesic obsolete. This would be much more significant than I*'s lead over G*. But, that would mean a lot of launches starting next year, so I'm doubtful.

It'll be interesting to see what happens next with Teledesic given Boeing's recent "reassignment" of most T* workers. They have a lot to do yet in their core before they can fully focus on that. Thoughts?

1997 Annual Reports and Proxies reply.

Have not seen them. Today is 3/31, so 10K should be filed today unless they got an extension (which is pretty rare, and does not look good on the company's part.)

So look at Edgar at the end of the day or in the morning, and 10K for Loral and Globalstar should be there.

GSTRF filed final proxy statement today.
