Psyc,

I own shares in a company whose sole purpose is to bring to otc ect,
new companies. Can be done in 6 months (sometimes)

I don't know if they help out on upgrades though, as in otc to nasdaq,
but I would guess if done right it would be easier as there is a history already documented.
