I am an engineer, I work for an engineering consulting firm. You just can't hire 500 warm bodies off the street and expect to bill 100% of their hours, and certainly not at a rate of $160/hr - do you think an engineer with 2 years experience can come off the street and be put to work on this stuff for a Client who will pay $160? Sorry, that was a rhetorical question and the answer is - Nope. You're fooling yourself if you believe this. That's all I wanted to point out.

I didn't even mention that fact that you won't find engineers on the job market that are fully trained from the get go. There has to be some money and time spent on technical training, induction into procedures.....
