I dont like to read these articles because they are basically biased in favor of the person being intervied. Its like getting a job. You enhance your good points and only point to the one or 2 inconsequnetial bad points.

Its the same thing with getting refferals. Anyone can give you 3 good referrals. Now if you get a 100 and pick your own 3 is when you find a statistically signicant piece of info.

The 2 resellers that I spoke to may or may not be representative. But they are random. And they would rather no sell DELL because it gives them lower margins, causes them lots of problems. On the other hand if the govt. employee has spec'ed DELL its easier for them to supply DELL since there can be no question about what the customer ordered and what he got.
