Steve, I've got vntv too. I'm VERY open minded when it comes to making money. Plus...there might be something to this gorilla game after all. One more comment and then I'm going to drop this sales issue. Unfortunately I could talk about this stuff for hours. There are hundreds if not thousands of sales reps floating around out there. The only point I was trying to make in my prior post is that I think that many of them get surprises all the time as you mentioned. That's why there is usually someone else in the deal until the end. All I was saying was that I think the sebl reps will get far fewer than most. I still believe though that there shouldn't be that many of those types of surprises anyway if someone knows what they are doing. Melissa
