One thing is certain... this is an absolute death knell for ATXI's business. I remember about 5 years ago Honeywell was trying to acquire our company. From then on until it was fully resolved we couldn't sell anything. Who wants to buy a product from someone when you don't know if they will be around in a month... that very fact makes ATXI's position that much worse. Plus it isn't like we aren't offering the moon to existing ATXI shareholders! They'd be crazy not to jump on this one!!
