Time to put the shoe on the other foot... Little Engine, If you are as smart as you seem to think you are, what would you do if you were in Ira's place? You have obviously not agreed with anything he has done (it's all a scam, right?) Take a private business, 19 years in operation, in a white-hot sector, and GROW IT! Those who have checked my SI profile will see my favorite quote is the one from Theodore Roosevelt which begins, "It's not the critic who counts. Not the man who points out how the strong man stumbled or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena..." Anyone hack can sit on the sidelines and nitpick. My money is with the man who is actually in the arena. Not expecting a worthwhile response. Scott
