In regard to Mr.Timis? There is a going to be a large position hold by this insider in PVO share structure. With such a exposure on the top of being an executive member of GBU of now, I see Mr.Timis take a prominent role in board of new PVO. I am not familiar with his achievements to date in specific detail, but ability for GBU to acquire very promising properties in Romania was a result of his work. No matter how we called their value outstrip the value of PVO properties by 40% as reality of this deal and the fact that marriage of both companies is taking place allows opinion that he is not a stranger in taking financial opportunities as they arrive. Teck as you know has its interest in GBU by purchasing 1M of special warrants, which is not only a results of viable value of Rosia Montana but Mr. Timis action in some degree. His addition to the PVO team will be a benefit for rest of us in my opinion. Regards Robert
