Dear Patrick: As a long time TAVA supporter, in the near term I have to agree with you. Unless this company makes some kind of an announcement it seems unlikely they will be able to sustain enough volume to hold on to this level. However, I would warn you that once such announcement is made this stock will move and likely move very fast. For instance, what do you suppose the effect would be if TAVA were to announce that GM has selected them to aid in their code remediation and the Company was hiring 500 engineers IMMEDIATELY? There are likely at least a dozen different scenarios which could be announced and which would propel this stock like a rocket. Its my personal opinion that only the investors on the internet specifically here at this web site are so well informed about TAVA. Imagin if the world were so well informed? While you may make money in the near term as a short, I believe you position is precarious and will in fact require you to be extremely nimble. JDN
