Did you mean will earnings be wonderful?

I think earnings will be alright for ABMI. But certainly nothing spectacular. We are already expecting higher revenues but I have yet to hear anyone say anything except to expect a loss.

I am sure we will see a loss. I know that some investors must be thinking American BioMed must not really be on the ball if they can't even get their earnings out in a reasonable fashion.

Personally I think nothing could be further from the truth.

Our company is concentrating on the aspects of it's business which are most important to it's future and our future as shareholders.

So before we get all depressed about why earnings were not already released today how about looking at something which will point out exactly how on the ball American BioMed actually is these days.

I just came across a something interesting a few minutes ago looking at another stock I follow GEMS. Glenayre Technologies a large company in the paging and wireless infrastructure business just received ISO 9001 status. Something they are very proud of because they know it means more business for Glenayre:

Glenayre did $390 million last year in business and ABMI beat them to ISO 9001 status by several months. How does ABMI beat a company like Glenayre to ISO 9001 status? By concentrating on the really important aspects of their business plan.

In the months ahead ISO 9001 certification and CE Mark approval will mean big money to ABMI.

To me the ISO 9001 certification we got in Jan is much more important than looking back on the fourth quarter of last year! Deals like the one made with Polamedco were not booked in the fourth quarter.

The company's current focus includes finishing out all the work necessary to achieve CE Mark approval.

The addition of CE Mark approval to the company's already outstanding ISO 9001 certification should me ever increasing sales for the foreseeable future.

Go ABMI!

Regards, Jeff

REM, More positive news which all anticipate in the near future may drive the price up significantly. Do not base your buy completely on the Earnings report slated to be out. There are a few key facts which all on the thread believe to be happening at ABMI and it will not be a daily double in a week but quite possible for those folks who bought and dumped last week.

1. The company is on its way to high production lines.

2. This means more cash flow within the company. the money can be used to increase research, buy back shares, operations etc etc ,,,.

3. The company is a good takeover candidate having over 25 patents and 10 FDA approved products. If a fair valuation is done it will be well over $3.

4. The company has gradually changed its mentality over a long period of time to start making money by aggressively pursuing sales opportunities by hiring Marshall Kerr. The products of ABMI are good!! I know that having followed it two years back and i had some feedback from good people in the field.

5. MOST IMPORTANT : They received ISO 9001 quality stamp. They can enter in to OEM agreements with a lot of companies to manufacture medical devices for them. Its a whole different ballgame with this one. It's very hard to achieve that status. Here check this site out for yourself and see what it takes to be ISO 9001.

strategis.ic.gc.ca

The site offers a variety of industries for which ISO 9001 is offered.
You have to dig a little deeper in that site to find what you want "MEDICAL DEVICES".

Now after all these developments going on a lot of OEM customers will have a greater comfort level in doing business with them. Their efforts will pay off slowly but surely.

Regards,

Sri.
