Offie,

I don't think the Reg-S debentures offered by Oilex over the past year have these same sinister connotations. I offered up the theory not in respect to Henley specifically but as a possible general outcome of a Reg-S offering by scamsters. It is a theory that has merit and would be very difficult to unravel by the SEC. But Henley has engaged MH Meyerson as their investment firm. A very bad choice in my opinion as they will pick up anyone and anything out of the gutter and then gut it. The PR that announced had underwhelming effect on HNLY's stock price and justifiably so. I wonder about the behavior of Henley stock these past few weeks. Lots of interest little movement. Its moving like a stock with a huge float. One thing that could account for this is a "secret" Reg-S offering to a non-US entity. The CEO of HNLY is nearing retirement and seems to have little time left to secure a comfortable one. To say the least I am concerned about HNLY and its shareholders.

One thing that bothers me about your attitude toward OLEX is that you have lost big money on paper so far but if this deal is real, and I think it is, you stand to recoup your losses. I would think you would be square behind this deal and try to bury the hatchet for awhile rather than baiting those of us who are bullish.

I still have great faith in Oilex/CAYC to pull this deal off.
