RNTK requires vision longer than 48hrs. Shakedown today will be helpful tomorrow. Too many are expecting this stock to behave like a microwave oven. Rather have MMs full than weak hands.

Gotta like GMTID. CMP has a slow leak on only David's volume. Need at least one more buyer to help him stabilize the stock. April will be better. I've looked at PEAFF lots of times for months, but find Canadian Exchanges to be more like Indian Casinos.... without comp buffet.

Any opening day Cafe specials?

March 31, 1998 01:17 PM

BELLINGHAM, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 1998--PeakSoft Corporation PKT , a leading developer of Internet productivity and communication software, today announced a strategic licensing agreement with InfoBuild Networks Inc. PeakSoft has granted InfoBuild an exclusive license to develop and deliver to certain vertical markets multinet solutions that increase the efficiency of the World Wide Web and Internet as a communication and research tool. In the first phase of a three-phase plan, InfoBuild will introduce a value-added solution to the financial services industry next quarter. The initial phase, which commences immediately, has a value of $300,000 (US) to PeakSoft. The total value of the agreement is $1.35 million (US) in cash and equity. In addition, InfoBuild will pay PeakSoft royalties and research and development funding under the terms of the agreement. Under the licensing agreement, InfoBuild will tailor a knowledge management solution for each of three industry segments and will launch the first application to the financial services industry by mid-1998. InfoBuild, whose responsibilities include research and development as well as sales and marketing, is developing proprietary content to complement the data sharing and content management technology licensed from PeakSoft. InfoBuild has the option to target two additional industry segments, medical/pharmaceutical and higher education, prior to the end of 1998 in future phases of the agreement. "The lines between the Internet, intranets and extranets are disappearing as business seeks a single standard for communications," stated Doug Foster, president and CEO of PeakSoft. "Our partnership with InfoBuild offers us a direct route into industry segments where our underlying technology will deliver content-rich solutions and communications tools to business." InfoBuild has committed a $1.8 million investment in sales, marketing and R&D to bring new applications to vertical segments with a compelling need for knowledge management tools.

The Yahoo thread is full of hype. I hope this little RNTK shakeout scares them away......Mark Haines (cnbc) response to my RNTK e-mail was pathetic...
