Ashok Kumar says the yield improvements are in test lots, not normal production apparently. This seems like a significant thing to me, yet it hasn't been generally noticed. A run to 30 in expectation of further dilution seems kind of iffy in light of declining processor/PC content and the leap yet to be made from test lots to normal volume production. Anyone who buys AMD in expectation of a big pop had better buy some deep in the money puts, too.
