Ok - Lost my shirt - & I'm not rippling abs either..... BUT, Why would they make this arrangement?? Give up $68 Mil sales for $10 mil.....that could be a decent deal since modems are a commodity status today - BUTTTTTT Last line of the "Boca to aquire" release "agreement among the parties is subject to conditions, Blah blah blah......and the APPROVAL of Global Village stockholders..... How would they expect this deal to fly??? I may be wishing for the best - but right now I gotta say this smells fishy - we don't know it all - YET - I guess I'm gonna stick to see if it really smells like sh-t!!! Fortunately for me I was in at $1 and got out at 1 11/16 and 2 1/8 before the bottom fell out today. I watched the ticks a number of days ago when many piled in around 2.5 and thought "oh my". Those poor souls that aren't paying attention will surly stain themselves when they get home from work. I'd expect a slow slide from here. If they do have some products, this one my be interesting again in the pennies. Been a GVIL watcher for a long time and I think it is more interesting to watch now than ever - easy for me to say. I could never make money in GVIL when it was my girlfriend. Once I started to treat is as a whore, I made money. Go figure.
