News out: biz.yahoo.com Tuesday March 31, 3:01 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release ADGI Affiliate, Telephonetics Overseas, Announces Initial Orders NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--March 31, 1998--American Diversified Group (OTC BB:ADGI - news) Tuesday announced that its affiliate, Telephonetics Overseas Corp. of Miami (TOC) has received its initial stocking order from Alpha Tech of Canada under a three year agreement. The agreement between TOC and Alpha Tech requires Alpha Tech to distribute and sell TOC's Telecommunications and Internet Telephony Products and Services. Under the agreement, during the initial twelve months, Alpha Tech is required to sell a minimum of $400,000 of TOC's Telecommunications and Internet Telephony Products and Services. ADGI has been informed by TOC that under the Alpha Tech agreement, annual increases in revenues of at least 20% are projected. In addition, the On-Hold messaging industry, which is a principal line of business for TOC, is growing at an annual rate of 30%. Through a joint venture, TOC also offers Innomedia Internet Telephony Products that include InfoTalk, which permits long-distance telephone calls world-wide, via the Internet, using a telephone without need for a computer.
