cmg thanks for the post, let's see how soon we start drilling. Fairfield Industries has taken a direct working interest. Should begin drilling 12 wells here in 1998. According to O&G the partners have identified numerous shallow pays as well as significant sands in deeper Frio.

After this "bullish" sale the stock has been doing nothing
but going down. Does the management really know what they
are doing? I know they need the money for exploring the
two new fields, but how about cash flow. Selling out means
no income also. I just don't get it. Can anybody explain?
