Is anyone else concerned that Ira is buying ATXI shares at a premium just to accelerate the deal? They could've been bought @ half price last week. Why expend the credit line at inflated prices that are only due to FAMH's offer? Why not go on w/ the hardball plan and start dealing w/ another co. and let ATXI come to us, if Ira hasn't cut another deal by that time. There are some cos. on the bubble that actually have revs. Some w/o revs can be bgt. for a song.

There's already sudden bravado and greed appearing on the ATXI board, as w/ one poster who suggests they're getting shortchanged (now that FAMH saved them from the crapper) and he thinks it should be more like 5:1. IMO FAMH should never have let any info out that could i.d. the target, as it caused a runup and changed the valuations and Ira's leverage.

BTW, Amy, it's not an RS--reverse split--it's a reverse merger. BIG diff. RS's are usually not good for shareholders and affect just that co.
