Shut down the computer and headed off for a day of spring skiing. Came home, sat dow to catch-up on stuff, and .....found out that I had accidentally ( there's a lesson be learned here, folks?) left my limit order open! I was the proud new owner of a gob 'o shares. Then, saw the $3MM deal news..... dug in and did some DD ..... and felt very comfortable with my "mistake". I should always be so fortunate! To air is humane, eh?! Jack
