Hello! Cheryl, Great to see your name on this thread again! One of my favourite people! CVIA UPDATE!!!! To-day I spoke directly with Jack Arnold! I asked him what I have been asking him since Feb, 3rd., 1998! In my opinion, or how I understood the conversation, I am of the opinion that all or most of the documents / agreements have been signed? approved ? by Jack Arnold on behalf of CVIA! He is now just waiting for the other side to get the go ahead from their legal advisors and complete the final activities necessary to consumate the business transaction! I thought it would be unfair to ask Jack when he thought an announcement would be forth coming! ( But! I asked anyway!) After he reminded me that I had lost all of my quarters ( Just kidding about that part!)---I understood him to say that the deal could be completed at any point in time starting now! It of course makes sense to me, that he can't give an exact and specific time that the merger/initial acquisition will be announced, because the major determining factor regarding that activity appears to be in the hands of the other side at this point in time! As far as the frame of mind or mood that Jack appeared to be in? The fact that Jack answered the phone on the first ring, was at least a signal to me that Jack may very well be as anxious as some of us in hearing a response from the other side! He sounded very receptive, friendly, approachable, upbeat--but, in my opinion, he has been this way all along, through both the good and not so good days! Thats why I call him our fearless leader! Personally, I see myself as having three options! Wait Paitently for an announcement ( if, as and when one is issued?), sell my shares, or add to my share position! ( I must do what I feel is right for me! And each of you must do what is right for you!)..... If in fact Jack is able to bring this deal together, I will be duly impressed! Then I will start to salivate thinking that if one stand alone fearless leader ( holding another full time job) is able to achieve so much with so little---then what fun things will a new much larger cast of leaders bring to our little shell----that appears to just refuse to lay down and play dead!
