1) tomorrow I will be stepping up for more stock
2) the writing is on the wall, when determining the scope of
a patent with a very narrow application, judge jones would not
require six months of deliberation, rather a broader scope would
require the research into each defendant's infringement and
which defendant's will be dismissed or included in a potential markman hearing, this judge is known for running an efficient courtroom and fair but expedited decisions; IF THIS WAS GOING TO BE A
NARROW INTERPRETATION OF THE PATENT THIS
DECISION WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE MONTHS AGO!!!
I have researched many Jones cases and her pattern of decision
making and timing of her docket entries, you have very little time
to buy this stock under $1.
3)Other investors are in their buying stock it has not just been me.
4) Let's get ready to rumble !!!
