Ian,

My understanding regarding BPR's relationship to PYT is such:
BPR owns 10% of pyng medical, a subsidiary of pyng technologies,
and the proprietor of the F.A.S.T.1 medical device.
That being, the value of BPR is not influenced by the value of PYT.
Long term, there may be revenue generated from the profits of pyng,
or a buyout of the company.
