As I see it, if the ATXI status is going to drag and maybe eventually not get done, then the vicissitudes of trading will give more immediate upside mov't for FAMH if IRA moves on and announces right away that he's dealing w/ another candidate. In that scenario, I bet a lot of us would start pulling the trigger and loading up on more FAMH, and it would resume its upward momentum. Don't misunderstand, it's not that I can't be patient. Just that I want Ira to unemotionally evaluate the chance of quick agreement, and if it's a "probably not", then move on. A protracted fight becomes a diversion and costly. We don't need ATXI, so we need to pick our battles. All IMHO. Reactions?
