PK,

Thanks a lot for your repost.

Only one well connected, 144 mil shares, etc, agrees well with what has been speculated on here.

Maybe we have been told the truth for the first time.

Regards
ps

If it is true "that UPR land is the mother lode of all helium in North America" it would be helpful to this 5› a share stock, and not irresponsible, to state the facts with appropriate validation. Then serious investors will have some solid ground on which to stand, and can begin to look for company performance -- rather than dismiss this company as a black box speculation. If this is true, Dr. Stamm and Ms. Peppers need to persuade their partners to let them state the facts. Otherwise, their company's stock will soon be a literal 1› stock.

M.M.

If Dragon9044 did indeed talk to Dr. Stamm and these were his answers to the questions posed to him, a few things actually do stick out. Of course this is strictly based upon the conversation actually taking place....

Only one well in Nebraska field is connected right now to KN pipeline. One
more by thursday. And for certain, all nine wells by April 20, 1998. He said the
money is coming in.

Been nice to know a dollar amount, flow rates, etc..etc..I don't think the words money coming in is going to suffice for quite a few..

Mrs. Peppers was having lunch and one of the Conesco executive
asked her,"How the hell did you get that UPR land agreement in that region ? " He
was amazed, according to DR. Stamm.

I was under the impression that anyone could garner a land agreement with UPR. It was explained to me as a pretty simple process. The company pays for all the drilling and gathering expense while UPR simply gathers a certain % of the revenue obtained from the ground. UPR simply lends the land, share none of the expenses, and receive a sizeable portion of the revenue(if there is any).

The
number accurately is now around 144,000,000 shares now issued by Paul.

Did Paul actually issue all the shares? It would seem that the board would have to approve all the shares being issued. Could Paul have side-stepped this process? Ahhhhh, therein lies the question..

New release will be rare and far in between.

Certainly not good since it was basically the only type of information one could gather from the company. Like I said, they desperately need some honest person to field questions from shareholders. Hopefully Ziller will perform this task..

Because he only want to release
fact not hype or play with words like Paul. Pure fact only.

Well, if Stamm did indeed say this, he certainly is putting responsibility for the press releases on Ebeling. This would mean that he had no involvement with the releases whatsoever. How Paul came up with estimations of flow rates, etc..etc...is beyond me. He would have had to collaborate with someone. Some of Paul's closest friends have said that he has a very hard time even balancing his checkbook.

There are three former
senators own the stock, one of them is Senator James McClure

I certainly don't see the significance of this statement. If this is indeed true, NOBODY knows how he obtained these shares. Did he buy them? Were they given to him? etc.etc...Hard for me to believe that Stamm actually said this...

9 producing wells in less than 3 weeks is certainly positive...

After April 25, namx will continue to drill and will complete 62 wells (instead of
54 wells as previous released) and will complete all by Mid-July. He said the the
field next to NAMX field in Nebraska lasted for 30 years

If true, quite impressive,..62 completed wells by mid-summer.

Dr. Stamm said that The Law firm of Shephard & Mullin is advising NAMX on
becoming a reporting company, and Delooitte & Touche is the auditor. The time
frame is he really does not know until all the finance hand over by Paul and the law
firm will review them accordingly.

Of course, the release of any financials is a step in the right direction. But, why would a particular Law Firm be advising them on whether they should be a reporting company? Is the law firm advising them on becoming a reporting company, or are they advising Stamm & NAMX how they should handle the Ebeling situation. Dragon1044 might have simply got confused.

In summary, he wanted to run this company with integrity, honesty and
professionalism and he wanted to work hard for the shareholders who invested their
hard earn money in this technology.

Certainly hope he means what he says...
