thanx for Your encouragment. Right now it's the exam in economics - I sit behind a pile of books <G>. If not, I'm looking at the stockmarket in the pauses.

Regarding K7 I think this will be a matter of 1999. Key will be whether there will be non Intel-Chipset for Slot-One CPU's. They could be designed to accomodate the K7 as well, it should be mechanically compatible but not electrically to Intel Slot-one offering. Just enough for legal compliance <G>.

I definitely underscore your take that AMD is basically a trading stock right now. Anyway I would also mean it got some fundamental long term perspective. I feel that a huge loss this quarter could still send the stock down to the low 20ies. Then people like me might get in to ride it up <G>.
