LOL, Jake, and so subtle. But remember that the big shareholder who was kept off the board by Riedel et al only owns about 8%, if I recall correctly. Then, some of the other big ones may suddenly become courageous and start thinking they can ride ATXI on its own, since it now miraculously jumped to $3. I don't want us in something like a war of attrition. Quick battles planned for victory with no leaks in advance about battle plans should be the strategy.

Exactly right. I heard today that between ATXI's CEO and CFO they
hold less than 5% of the outstanding shares. Not only do they have
absolutely nothing to offer the current ATXI shareholders except for
their wonderful management skills (which they've seen already) but we
are offering an amazing sweet deal to everyone holding ATXI... they
won't get delisted and have a chance to make 3 or more times the current
share price.
