from my dear friend Marty... e go from here? Date: Tue, Mar 31, 1998 10:30 EST From: MLinskey Message-id: <1998033115304000.KAA17107@ladder01.news.aol.com> Hello All: I just returned from a long weekend last night to learn the news. I am shocked. I don't have any new news to explain what happened. I will try to find out what's going on. It looks like Paul Ebeling was discharged abruptly for an unspecified reason. Whether it is related to what Capital Moe has been saying we don't know. It could be numerous other things. The bottomline is that the individual that Hunter, Moe and Lori have been out to get has apparently been gotten. I would reserve judgement on what has really happened until more facts come out. I have been a staunch supporter of Paul and find it hard to believe that he has intentionally deceived us. Is there a plus side to this? Possibly. Paul attracted a lot of negative bashing which has not helped us. If Ziller can run this company like a bonafide exploration and production business should be run, we will do well. That is, become a reporting company and let the shareholders know what's going on in terms of ownership. Don't forget the technology. The claims that the EMSounder is old technology is misleading. It is like saying microprocessors are old technology. Dr. Stamm has the first patent on remote sensing using EM. Since then, he has refined his invention to a point where he has located a substantial gas field in Nebraska. From my conversation with Dr. Stamm a few months ago, it is pretty clear that he is going to extend the technology. Don't forget Nebraska. The EmSounder has located a gas field in Nebraska that may contain 60bcf . These are Dr. Stamm's figures. He knows a bit about oil and gas, having worked in it for twenty years. To date, we have nine wells on this structure. All nine should be metered by the end of April. Don't forget revenues. If we receive confirmation of the nine wells being metered, it will also be confirmation of their capability to fund future exploration projects. My spreadsheet has NAMX earning $17mm a year from their Nebraska fields. If Nebraska proves out, this company will have no problem funding future wells. We need confirmation from the company regarding flow rates etc. We still have an agreement with UPR and KNE. My spin on the news is that we have a set back, but the news does not impact on the three core areas of the company: its technology; its discovery; its ability to fund future projects. or so I hope. If I learn anything else, I will let you know. For those interested, I have yet to sell a share and am not selling now. I am not apologizing to anyone for anything. I have reported what I have learned about the technology and see no reason to change my conclusions. As someone noted, we've been here before. I am hoping that we will bounce back with good news from Nebraska. It may take a while, but NAMX is resilient. Go NAMX. Or more appropriately, Get Going NAMX. marty Well, I was right on one thing, Marty isn't apologizing to anyone. Life is 10% what you make it, and 90% how you take it
