Last night I had a dream that on or about Monday, April 6 AIPC made one humongous announcement that rocked the investment community. In my dream the company announced that it had traded significant portions of its interest in the concession to a Lukoil, a major US company, Mr. Robinov, and perhaps a Gazprom....and the Hunts got to do a JV in Russia with AIPC. In return, AIPC received the assets in Samara/Saratov, other producing Russian
assets, a continuing passive interest in MSUP which would produce revenue and asset value going forward, as well as a substantial amount of cash. The Kazak government was happy to have all these parties ready and willing to immediately go forward with serious efforts to produce the concession's oil, the Kaz partners were happy because they would have a continuing 25% interest in all future revenue, George was happy because he had cash flow from his
Russian fields as well as netback possibilities, a continuing % interest in future KAZ revenue, and enough cash to carry out the "inevitable expansion" of his refinery ops throughout the country. The owner of that refinery we bought was happy because his AIPN shares were now worth a fortune just like he was told they would be.The Hunts were happy for obvious reasons. The warrant holders were ecstatic having traded out at higher prices or converted
into stock worth much more than $4. Shareholders were ready to party.Bankers Trust got its checkbook out. The only unhappy people were all those on Wall Street who wished they had gotten into this amazing story at these levels. Oh, and yes, buried in the release were some #'s about how much oil might be in Chikaduk and Begash...but nobody even noticed....and nobody seemed to care.

Cheers...Faris
