Steve, Per Edgar form definitions, Form 20-F: "This is an integrated form used both as a registration statement for purposes of registering securities of qualified foreign private issuers under Section 12 or as an annual report under Section 13(a) or 15(d) of the '34 Act." sec.gov It appears to be the statement foreign companies must file to be able to trade ADR's ADS's. Edgar says they can be accessed by a regular edgar search but I wasn't able to find any when I typed in a few foreign co's. Jer
