Marty has been a good digger of facts, and Ebeling may or may not be the bad guy. We'll see in the next few days. Maybe 5 cents would be a good buying opportunity . . . . . There is more here than meets the eye. Inventions do not work without money and inventors and hard nosed businessmen often do not see things the same way. EMS could be the most promising technology in the industry, with out the backing of money it is just another good idea. If and when it get off the ground mr. Stamm may well be long gone. My friends in Texas told me that neither Mr. Stamm or Ms Peppers are people of means. I was in the oil pach for 50 years before I retired, it is my view that this is politics and positioning. Mr. Stamm now has a chance to fail on his own. If he does not get money to develop the gas field and money to meet the contract requirements of the UPR deal. I estimate he need to float $40 to $50 million to survive with the big players. Mr. Stamm has a reputation as a spender not a money raiser. To rap this up, Mr. Ziller may be in to smooth things out with Mr. Ebeling, Mr. Bates is clerking, Mr. Stamm needs a large amout of money, Ms. Peppers is nowhere to be found, Mr. Ebeling is standing by to see if Mr. Stamm can come up to front street. I will bet the money is smarter than the inventor, the clerks and the invisible. 8 to 5 Mr. Ziller is Mr. Ebeling's man on the Board. Have you forgotten the substantial position, I have heard over 35%. Managers do not control management, the stock holders control management. If there is anything worth while we will see a proxy fight or a Chapter 11 filing for reoriganization. Either way Mr. Stamm is problbly singing his Swan Song. I am willing to wait and see how this one comes out. There has been no bashers here whatsoever. This was a Paul Ebeling scam. He used screen names to do this and led all of you. Let's look at it this way, we need to get a class action going, we need to keep our spirits up, and most of all we do not need to sell. What the hell, it can't go below zero. The company now has a chance to stand on it's own and that is a plus. Again the tech. is old but it works well in the field. The contracts are small but they still are real. I have sold 250k and have 250k left. Selling it won't do a bit of good. I'm going hang on to my butt and ride-it out. Tomorrow is another day. Marty.. you have given this board some great info. and I hope you will continue to do so. Please get back on here. We need you. Tom.. your great. Dlibby.. Please keep the DD going so as to get some reprieve from PE, Antebi, and Ernst. The bad blood is out and we now might have a good beginning. Be careful though, Antebi may still own shares here. All right folks... Let's rock and roll. Moe.
