Cary I just love games. Ill take a guess. I cant remember anyone mentioning the transactions reported on form 4 with the SEC on March 9, 1998. Martin J. Blank, chairman & Larry I. Dorfman, chief executive officer exercised all of there vested options to purchase APCO common stock in February 1998. This was there largest purchase of company stock since the company went public in 1988, and the options were exercised early. This is probably not it but it is still good reading for any shareholders of APCO.

Long shot

something to do with the Johnson Industries, the nations largest distributor of OE auto parts, service equipment, body shop supplies and facility services, promoting EasyCare?

Boy do I ever wish I could take your knowledge of APCO with me when I go to corp. headquarters tomorrow.
