Don, most of the oil stocks (at least those I trade) have lost most of their gained value over the past 2 trading sessions. There may still lose some ground during the next session or two. I am basically neutral to bullish on these oil stocks. I am a short term trader, so I do not want to put my money on an investment that may not yield immediate results. However, there are some great deals on options out there that have resulted from the last couple of days of trading.
I do not feel the stocks would go down much more than they have. Therefore, the short positions are not attractive to me. I am however willing to lock a few grants for 3-6 months, and buy the undervalued calls, for the potential of big returns if OPEC can turn things back.
