They made the decision in early Nov right when the Miami office was
supposed to be opening and opened the Houston office on Nov 15th
instead... Houston had been slotted for 1st quarter. About the 3rd
week of Nov. I went and visited the new Houston office and gave a trip
report. My understanding from the Houston office is that it was
definitely the right decision... the market here is going nuts and
a friend of mine who works for a competitor went and checked them
out... she said they are right on track with where they should be and
are doing very well.

On the issue of majority... ATXI is a pretty weird situation. I suspect
that we can obtain a majority with only FAMH, and a couple of other
major investors. He stated in the press release that he has one of
those supporting him already. There was one guy who had a double
digits % of the stock... if it's him, then we're at least part way
there...

Now that everyone has whipped their testosterone levels to a lather, and we now know that ITF is not Ira, and Jane is a girl, and the Miami office is not open yet, and we're still waiting on financials, and the Myriad deal is so close we can taste the ink drying, and Ira is attempting a hostile takeover of a listless company, and Cheryl and Brad are married (Congrats), and LE is a pesky little malcontent, and Jonathan is really a championship wrestler disguised as an investor, I mean, what more can one expect from this stock thread ? Is investing always this dull ?? LOL. We have a great bunch here with a common goal. Lets have some fun ALONG with getting the right questions answered. We'll have alot of answers very soon !!

If you read the SEC filings on ATXI and the research that has been presented on this thread, you will see that ATXI insiders have less than 25% percent of the shares.

The press release stated that FAMH has recently acquired approximately 5% of the outstanding shares of Atrix International. And from the release it sounds like Ira has at LEAST one major shareholder on his side. I don't think a majority will be a problem.

The FAMH merger is good for ATXI shareholders. It will add value and a positive eps of .36 to their company. The merger would allow both FAMH And ATXI shareholders to make money on their investment. It is a win win situation.

I think we are moving to NASDAQ !!
