To All Patiently Waiting:

I am sick tonight, but I will remain on the 24-hour guard that I have been assigned anyways, I am very dedcated! I feel it in my gut, that it will be out this week! Only 3 more days! Interesting observation on GJC's part on the volume! I like it! About the fraction/decimal mess, I use E*Trade and am very pleased. Just call the number and bam, no problem or extra fees. In June/Jul '98, Etrade will be offering the decimals over the Internet, or so I understand.

Patiently Waiting,

Fatt Matt

Hello! GJC,

WOW! Those share trading numbers for March are staggering! Over 160 Million?

Although it is a sign of assertive initiative, I would think that contacting representatives from a privately held company at this time in the negotiations would not be in the best interests of all CVIA Shareholders.

Let's give Jack Arnold the opportunity to complete what he started, namely to put value back into CVIA , and move it from a shell company to being a part of a new and dynamic component in building a profitable business!

Please let's leave well enough alone! ( Just my own opinion!)

By the way , GJC, thank you for the Excellent Recap summary of share trading and other interesting data!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

GJC:
Thanks for taking the time to do the share count. The numbers are very impressive, even for a penny stock.
Best regards,
Milk
