Actually, yes I have been skiing...The mountains around Denver have been blessed recently with some fresh snow... The Baxter news looks good for ALLP. Perhaps this is why Baxter bought Somatogen, their HemAssist may need some more tweeking. As I understand it SMTG was working with Hemoglobin as well, so Baxter may be looking for the "missing link" between their products that could make HemAssist work...However, it looks like their release will be delayed, even though they said it wouldn't. Also I think that Baxter's substitute will be much more expensive as compared to ALLP's Oxygent, even if they do beat us to market. So go Alliance!! Cheers, Tom
