Jane,

22MM shares out at last count, although here is a quote from the investor newsletter published by Barbara:

A considerable number of shares have been bought out of the market in recent weeks, so we feel the share price will soon reflect this increase in buying which should be fueled by strong corporate news.

Does this mean that the company has been buying up shares? Or are they aware of insider buying that effectively locks up shares?
