Miss Penni,

This is indeed wonderful news! You will, of course, tell us in which periodical this is to appear so that we here at DAR might buy it, read it, and then bedazzle and regale the editor with letters singing your literary praises. Of course, you will! We insist!

Here, have some more champagne. Of course it's Dom Perignon. Would we allow any other on the Thread of Rambi? <subtle sounds of bountiful bubbles and clinking of glasses in cybertoast>

BTW, that's not what I guessed the other morning during our guessing games. This is much, much better than what I guessed.

Cheers and Heartiest Congrats, Holly

Terrific Penni!

Holly told me you were awaiting news of going public with your writing and it appears you have. I knew you were going places ever since i read that first story about Rambi in the Clearing. You are awesome girl.

Where can we find your writings so we can place copies on the coffee table and tell our friends that we know "her"?

Best wishes and many more successes in the future to ya!

jim

Congratulations, Penni. Just the start, of course. Luckily, I'm a redhead, so the fact that I've turned green with envy isn't as bad as it might be.

And you should have known better than to even mention the almost-typo, you know. And the image of the ribbons ... to close to choking the ... well, never mind.

Dee
