Jane, From the news Friday I was under the impression that a letter of intent had already been signed by FAMH and ATXI, was I wrong? I've read every post for the last month and nothing (unless I've missed something) said by Ira or Ms. Love in the CC's led me to believe that this deal was in any way a hostile takeover attempt. I'm new to all of this and am just a little confused. Maybe you can clear it up for me. Thanks, Lonnie P.S. This place wouldn't be the same without you.
