(GTH-VSE) 52 Wk High: $0.85 52 Wk Low: $0.15 Recent Price: $0.35 "In the Heart of Mexico's Sierra Madre Gold Rush" Shares Outstanding: 3.24 million ======================================================= April 11th, 1998 An unexpected shakeup in GTH's market last week. No material or fundamental changes, just a bit of a battle with the old promoter and some of his shareholders. They've been selling off their position somewhat aggressively out of spite, but shouldn't have much left. Once the battle ends, (and we think it pretty much has) the stock should move solidly to higher prices. There isn't that much stock out on this one and the new property has a lot of merit so I'm confident we'll get there. The new promoter, Ron Jones (604) 685-1978, has an excellent track record. A $0.70 stock price would have been a nice bonus, but a little patience should pay off here. Grab samples were sent to Chemex in Chihuahua, where we expected them to be assayed, however I was informed yesterday the office in Chihuahua actually sends them to Chemex in Vancouver for assay. That being the case I don't expect them to be released until the end of next week at the earliest.
