Yarek, The new president is a major shareholder and has been on the Board of Directors. I believe the former president was nudged out, but on as friendly a basis as possible - he still consults for the company and provides liaison with Whitbread and Pizza Hut for big volume sales. As far as "better" - in which way? Only time will tell if new management will make Perfect Fry more profitable for the shareholders. I can only say that the new team doesn't provide me with as much timely info as I was getting before. I hope that changes. Tom Kinakin
