Michael,

Your response answers the only questions I had regarding your relationship to DCI and whether or when you were selling shares. Thank you for your frank response and good luck in your future endeavors.

Dan

Note to Others: I still have my other questions -- not involving Michael or his brother --I'll pursue with Dan Murphy.

Note to James: Thank you for your apology -- I agree we're really on the same sheet of music.

Note to Ernie: I agree SI withdrawal is really, really hard :-).

Hi Michael;
Thanks for your response to these questions. I'm sure that all the "OLD" shareholders appreciate your candid answers. We will all make money in the long run thanks to yours, your brothers, and Joe Murphys and others hard work. For a job well done, THANKS.
Lee

Michael,

I must say that your post moved me. It was heartfelt, honest and the fact you didn't hide there was pain involved in your decision is something I personally admire. Nobody ever wrote that true strength was measured in how few tears one cries or how much land is taken in battle.

Thank you for your candor and I wish you and your brother the very best.
