Why did the IBMers move?

I don't think that these folks moved over just for the pure essence of proving a technology can work. They most likely came for options versus a comparable salary/benefits package.

This is quite encouraging because if we peg the arrival date, I bet we can guess their option strike price. I feel good that these folks are going to do their best to lift the value of the company by making everything work.

It appears that the investors (me/us) will be rewarded as well.

Best of luck to all.

for companies operating on a negative cash flow, or need funding
for operation, it is customary to include statements regarding the
viability of continuing its operation. The"going concern" statement
is there to make sure the investing public is aware of the situation.
practically all companies have this statement. protects the company
and the auditors/accountants. this disclosure is more legal in nature than accounting. it actually gives me comfort because it means they
are being audited by reliable company.
